  • What happened: The Cannon Falls football team won their third Section 4AAA title in a row, defeating St. Croix Lutheran Academy, 56-21.

  • What was said: The Bombers had one of their best seasons in school history, finishing the season undefeated, the only time they’ve done so. Led by a strong group of seniors, the Bombers had 507 yards of offense, including 104 yards and three touchdowns from Senior Marcus Banks. 

  • What has happened: The Bombers won a number of Southeast Red District awards. Marcus Banks was named Most Valuable Player, Senior Riley Miller was named Defensive Player of the Year, Senior Michael Steinhibel was named Lineman of the Year, and Dan Meyers was named Coach of the Year.
