In their first game back since a two-week pause, the Cannon Falls baseball team lost to Le Sueur-Henderson Saturday after allowing walk-off single, 8-7. 

The Bombers had a 7-5 lead going into the seventh inning against the Giants. 

The Bombers had two outs in the seventh inning without allowing a run. Two batters hit by a pitch, a walk, and two singles for the Giants ended the game.

Senior Riley Miller started the game for the Bombers, striking out eight batters and allowing three runs. Sophomore Ari Wells and Senior Marcus Banks, the losing pitcher in the matchup, allowed four hits and five runs in two innings of relief. 

The Bombers had 11 hits total, with five players recording multiple hits in the game. 

The Bombers had 0-2 on the season. Their next game is a doubleheader on Monday against Pine Island.
