Carol Perkins
I am sorry to let you know that Carol (Sammelson) Perkins died on Nov. 30. Her funeral was on Saturday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Red Wing. Sincere sympathy goes to her family and friends.
Star Wars exhibit
The Goodhue County History Museum in Red Wing has on display an extensive Star Wars exhibit until Jan. 2. Enjoy the collection and sign up to win a Star Wars Lego kit. Please consider bringing a donation for Toys for Tots.
Christmas program
Sunday and Wednesday School children are busy rehearsing for their children's Christmas program. They will present it on Sunday, Dec. 18, at 10:30 a.m. at the Lutheran Center, followed by a meal. Families with the last name beginning A-K are asked to bring a salad; L-Z please bring a dessert.
