The Junior High School Math League at Cannon Falls recently won the North Wasioja North Division Championship, the second year in a row.

Coach Bucky Lindow said in an email, "it was a unique season as every practice and meet occurred virtually."

The Bombers had three students in the top 10 of competition, including the top participant in the entire meet:

  • First place: Thomas Coyle
  • Sixth place: William Zheng
  • Tied for ninth place: Cameron Addington
"I really appreciate these Mathletes for their dedication and desire," Lindow said. "It was a joy to watch them compete. I also want to thank their parents for giving these students the support they needed in terms of technology so that they could ZOOM in and participate."
