Cannon Falls Police
A theft of packages from a residential front porch in the 500 block of 4th Street S.
A report of a motor vehicle accident at Pendleton Street W. and 5th Street N. A 2016 Nissan driven by David McKinney, 38, of Hastings collided with a 2008 Dodge driven by Zachariah Mulder, 33, of Superior (WI). McKinney was cited for no proof of insurance and inattentive driving.
Antoine Poole, Minneapolis, 48, was cited for driving after suspension.
William Andrade-Piedra, Coon Rapids, 23, was cited for driving without a valid license.
Sean Walker, Jerome (MI), 39, was cited for a stop sign violation.
Jason Sloan, Cannon Falls, 49, was cited for speeding: 44 in a 30.
David McKinney, Hastings, 38, was cited for no proof of insurance and inattentive driving.
Jamie Wellik, Golden Valley, 58, was cited for no proof of insurance.
Kevin Norstad, Cannon Falls, 38, 5th degree assault; fleeing police officer by other means than a motor vehicle, domestic assault.
Goodhue County Sheriff
An employee of the Lake Pepin Rest Area, Hwy 61/Florence Township, reported the women’s restroom had toilet paper and a trash can taken over the past three nights. Trash has also been thrown around the restroom (value: $100).
Dan Heim reported that a trailer parked at 6th St. SW in Pine Island had damage done to the wiring (value: $150).
Fong Lor reported that two tents had been pulled out of the ground and that glass in a food display case was broken at the American Veterans Memorial in Cannon Falls Township. No dollar estimate given.

Alexander Richard Wegner, Inver Grove Heights, 29, issued in Zumbrota Township, speeding: 80 in 60.
Jose Fidencio Monjaraz Gomez, Goodhue, 35, issued in Belvidere Township, driving after revocation.
Jamey Ray Swanson, Red Wing, 48, issued in Belvidere Township, no MN trailer registration.
Leah Diane Bentson, Cannon Falls, 50, issued in Leon Township, wireless communication device.
Robin Renee Scharkey, Kasson, 61, issued in Pine Island, wireless communication device.
Alejandro Ramirez, Grand Prairie (TX), 28, issued in Wanamingo Township, careless driving, no proof of insurance.
David Alan Flores Perez, Red Wing, 25, issued in Featherstone Township, speeding: 74 in 55, no MN driver’s license, uninsured vehicle.
Tundra Ann Beck, Hastings, 49, PITP, bench warrant: 5th degree drug possession, driving after revocation, no proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Andrew Charles Bjorkstrand, Farmington, 37, GOOD, bench warrant: probation violation, 5th degree drug possession.
Fernando John Paul Santos-Goduy, Inver Grove Heights, 28, GSCO, DWI, open bottle, driving after cancellation, 5th degree drug possession.
Kimberly Marilyn Brown, Columbia Heights, 40, GOOD, bench warrant: failure to appear.
Cody Louis James Glendenning, St. Paul, 39, RWPD, bench warrant: 5th degree drug possession.
Daniel Joseph Hedstrom, Eagan, 24, PITP, bench warrant: 5th degree drug possession.
Jovan Gordon Siems, Zumbrota, 31, ZPD, 5th degree drug possession, no proof of insurance, no driver’s license, no vehicle lights, possession of drug paraphernalia, personal/parental recognizance.
Madio Geovanni Callahan, Austin, 21, GOOD, Goodhue County warrant, 5th degree drug possession.
Cody James Hunsley, Rochester, 31, PITP, Goodhue County warrant, turned self in, 5th degree drug possession.
Muse Ahmed Muse, Minneapolis, 26, PITP, Goodhue County warrant, receiving stolen property.
Cecelia Rose Jackson, Kenyon, 30, GOOD, WI warrant, fugitive from justice.
Ginger Ann Arden, Red Wing, 46, RWPD, Goodhue County warrant, 5th degree drug possession.
