The Cannon Valley Fair will have 15 food vendors at this year’s fair.

A variety of classics like a steak sandwich from the Cannon Falls Lions Club or shish kabobs from Island Concessions.

The following are vendors at the 2021 Cannon Valley Fair:

  • Cannon Falls Lions Club

    • The club will be serving steak sandwiches, brats, hot dogs and—newly added—Spam sandwiches.

  • Schroeder Concessions

    • The menu includes corn dogs, foot long hotdogs, onion rings, lemonade, cotton candy, snow cones, and caramel apples. This will be the 59th year for Schroeder Concessions.

  • Don-O’s Gyros

    • The group will be serving Greg’s Meats brats—including their popular wild rice type— hots dogs, pulled beef, and pulled pork.

  • Burrito King

    • The king is back. Grab a walking taco, taco salad, or burrito from the stand.
