Customer Service Representative

O’Rourke Media Group, owner of the Cannon Falls Beacon, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing media company. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues. This position works out of our main office in Cannon Falls. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound customer calls

 Make outbound reminder calls to current subscribers

 Database management

 Processing customer invoicing and posting payments

 Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

 Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented environment

 Excellent written and verbal communications skills

 Ability to build rapport with clients

 Positive and professional demeanor

 Good computer skills

Hourly pay is $14-$16/hour plus commission.
